350 new trucks coming to Halvor Lines

Professional truck drivers spend a lot of time in their cabs, so finding a company that invests in top-quality equipment is important. We understand this, and it’s a big reason why Halvor Lines will have 350 new trucks in its fleets by the end of 2022.

Many trucking companies have had trouble getting new trucks this year. Not Halvor Lines. Thanks to good relationships with our truck dealers, we are receiving regular shipments of Volvos, Freightliners and Kenworth tractors. This means we can give drivers more choices when it comes to the truck they drive. You can find vehicle specs on our website.

Trucks in our fleet come equipped with amenities drivers want, including disc brakes, power inverters, refrigerators, bunk heaters and HD TV with Epic View satellite. We also keep our trucks running (and you earning money), thanks to highly skilled mechanics and technicians at our shops in Superior, WI, and Rosemount, MN. All of our trucks and trailers are on regular maintenance schedules and Halvor drivers give our technicians high marks for getting them in for service when needed. We also have a 24-7 in-house road service team to assist drivers when they can’t reach a shop.

If you’re an experienced driver, you already know that having a reliable semi-tractor is key to your success on the road. And if you’re looking at earning your CDL and becoming a professional truck driver, you will quickly learn the value of driving well-maintained late-model trucks.

We’re so proud of our new semi-trucks that we’ve filmed our technicians getting them ready for the road. Check out these videos of techs with our new 2022 Volvo VNL 780s and Freightliner Cascadias.

The investment we’re making in new semi-trucks isn’t new. Our dedication to providing the best tractors and trailers for our drivers is one of the reasons Halvor Lines has been named a Best Fleet to Drive For 10 years in a row. In fact, this year Halvor Lines was inducted into the Best Fleets Hall of Fame.

Our investment in new equipment in a variety of makes is just one of many examples of how Halvor Lines offers drivers choices. Drivers can also choose to run freight in any one of four divisions – van, deck van, refrigerated or flatbed. Drivers can work solo or in teams, including teaming up with our OTR Training / Finishing Program students and earning additional income as trainers.
